2025 Recruit Dinner at Lakeland University – A Celebration of Commitment and Community

Each year, the Military and Youth Foundation proudly hosts the Recruit Dinner to honor an extraordinary group of young men and women—those who have made the selfless and courageous decision to serve our country. The 2025 Recruit Dinner, held at Lakeland University, brought together families, community members, and supporters to recognize and celebrate these future service members as they prepare to leave for basic training.

This event is more than a dinner. It is a heartfelt gesture to show our recruits that they are not alone. Surrounded by family, fellow community members, veterans, and leaders, these young adults are reminded that their bravery does not go unnoticed—and that their home community stands firmly behind them. The Recruit Dinner is our way of saying: we see you, we honor your choice, and we will be here when you return.
